I have created a professional portfolio of marketing materials for British clothing brand Jack Wills. This collection of writing includes website copy, Instagram post captions, magazine articles, TikTok video scripts and an email newsletter across two campaigns which Jack Wills have created in order to re-establish their brand identity from their British heritage past towards a fun, care-free and youthful image that is relevant and trendy for their target audience of young people. 
 

All of the content featured on this webpage has been written and designed by Megan O'Byrne. This excludes all images and photography which are owned by Jack Wills and all credit is provided. Additional images have been obtained from copyright-free platforms. This work is in no way affiliated with the company and brand Jack Wills and is a fictional mock-up creation of example styles of work inspired by the brand's identity online. "It's a Vibe" is a campaign proposal which I developed for fashion brand Jack Wills in order to re-establish their brand identity from the British heritage past towards a fun, care-free and youthful image that is relevant and trendy for young people today.

The Jack Wills website copy provides the company’s target audience with relevant information about the brand that is visually engaging, using language and phrases which are associated with young people such as the name of the campaign, ‘It’s a Vibe’. The Influencer Edit pages will aid the development of this new brand identity for Jack Wills, as TikTok creators talk about the brand as a reliable, relevant and fashionable label to wear for a variety of occasions.

My aim for the Jack Wills' "Serving Summer" campaign is to showcase their new range of summer clothing to a youthful and relevant target audience. The brand's identity will be developed and depicted through a range of marketing materials to generate a following and audience for the brand. The tone and language portrayed within these writing pieces will help the brand to communicate with the reader and develop a social relationship. 

Email Marketing

This is an email newsletter which will aim to encourage Jack Wills' target audience to shop their new swimwear range and raise awareness of their "Serving Summer" campaign across social platforms. Email marketing is an effective tool to reconnect with old customers who previously signed up for the newsletter during the previous success era of the brand.

The article "Jack Wills are Serving Summer and we're officially obsessed" is a piece which can showcase the brand's new summer clothing range in a publication such as Cosmopolitan which has a popular reputation when it comes to reviewing and recommending clothing for the Millennial and Gen Z audience. The article discusses the upcoming fashion trends for summer 2023 and develops a brand identity by showing that Jack Wills are a company which are on trend and relevant.
